This retreat is a chance to finally put that weight down.
Through powerful shamanic techniques—including journeying, ceremony, shadow work, and the healing power of the drum and rattle—you’ll open the door to deeper self-awareness. These practices help you:

A key part of our journey is shadow work. Most men keep parts of themselves hidden—anger, grief, shame, vulnerability. In this safe and supported circle, we bring those shadows to light, not to be feared but to be integrated. By facing the parts of yourself you’ve pushed away, you unlock new power, freedom, and authenticity.
We’ll also work with the Medicine Wheel, an ancient map for transformation. As you step into each direction—East, South, West, and North—you’ll uncover vision, release old patterns, reclaim your inner fire, and step into grounded wisdom.
You’ll be nourished with freshly prepared food, the wild Mourne landscape, and the support of a close brotherhood. Accommodation is included, giving you the space to fully drop into the work without distraction.
